Zanzibella Hotel & Spa LTD greatly appreciates your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are designed to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our Guests.

§ 1

1. The apartments at Zanzibella Hotel & Spa are rented to Guests on a daily basis.

2. The hotel day begins at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. After 10:00 a.m., an additional fee will be applied for extending the hotel stay.

3. The stay fee is collected on the first day of arrival during check-in at Zanzibella Hotel & Spa.

4. Guests are required to check in immediately upon arrival at the hotel reception. To confirm identity, the Guest must present a document with a photo.

5. If a Guest wishes to extend their stay at Zanzibella Hotel & Spa, they must inform the reception by 9:00 a.m. on the day their current stay expires.

6. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa may refuse an extension of stay in case all apartments are fully booked.

7. For group stays such as trainings, corporate stays, conferences, or wedding receptions, a prior contract specifying the service details is required.

8. Persons not checked in at Zanzibella Hotel & Spa may stay in hotel apartments only between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

9. For advance reservations (including online reservations), a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount is required. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card with a pre-authorization of 50%. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.

10. In case the Guest cancels the reservation, the deposit is retained by Zanzibella Hotel & Spa and is non-refundable.

11. If the Guest does not arrive at Zanzibella Hotel & Spa, the reservation will be held for 24 hours from the earliest possible check-in time, i.e., until 10:00 a.m. the next day.

12. Quiet hours at Zanzibella Hotel & Spa are from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

§ 2

1. Guests of Zanzibella Hotel & Spa may not transfer their apartment to other persons under any circumstances.

2. Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices belonging to Zanzibella Hotel & Spa caused by them or by persons visiting them.

3. For damages found after departure, the Guest may be charged repair costs. It is forbidden to rearrange hotel furniture in the apartments or other areas (wardrobes, beds, sofas, desks, dressing tables, etc.).

4. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa may refuse to accept a Guest who previously violated hotel regulations, caused damage to hotel property, harmed other Guests, staff members, or otherwise disrupted the peaceful stay of others.

5. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa accepts guests travelling with animals. Only one animal per apartment is allowed for an additional fee, and the Guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by the animal. In public areas, animals must be kept on a leash.

§ 3

1. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa provides services in accordance with applicable standards. In case of concerns regarding service quality, Guests are requested to report them to the reception as soon as possible so the issue can be promptly addressed.

2. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa ensures:

a. conditions for full and unrestricted rest;

b. safety of stay, including the confidentiality of Guest information. Every Guest consents to the processing of personal data for check-in purposes and inclusion in the hotel database. Guests have the right to access and correct their personal data;

c. professional and courteous service with regard to all hotel services;

d. daily apartment cleaning;

e. in the event of faults in the apartment that cannot be immediately repaired, the hotel will make every effort to change the room or otherwise remedy the inconvenience, depending on availability.

3. Upon check-in, the Guest receives an apartment key, which must be returned upon check-out. Loss or damage of the key incurs a fee of 25.00 USD.

4. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use in the apartment: heaters, electric irons, and other devices not being part of the apartment’s equipment. It is also forbidden to smoke or use open flames. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for electronic and computer devices. Triggering a false fire alarm and summoning the fire brigade without valid reason results in a fine of 500.00 USD, added to the Guest’s bill and payable before check-out.

5. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

§ 4

1. Upon request, Zanzibella Hotel & Spa provides the following free services:

a. information regarding stay and travel;

b. storage of money and valuables during the Guest’s stay at the hotel;

c. luggage storage; the hotel may refuse to store luggage outside the Guest’s stay dates or items that are not considered personal baggage.

§ 5

1. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa is not responsible for Guests’ belongings that are not deposited at the reception. The hotel may refuse to store money, securities, or valuables, especially items of high value or items posing a safety risk.

2. The hotel’s liability for loss or damage of money, valuables, securities, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if such items were not deposited at the reception.

§ 6

The following is prohibited at Zanzibella Hotel & Spa:

a. disturbing the peace (e.g., playing loud music without hotel approval);

b. inviting or hosting non-hotel Guests in the apartment without the hotel’s consent;

c. behavior by Guests or visitors that disturbs the peaceful stay of others; the management and staff may refuse further service to anyone violating this rule;

d. behavior considered socially inappropriate;

e. smoking in the apartments, hallways, staircases, restaurant, bar, spa & wellness area, changing rooms, and reception hall.

§ 7

1. Persons violating these Regulations will be required to leave the Hotel immediately.

2. Personal belongings left by a departing Guest will be sent back at their expense to the indicated address. If no instructions are provided, items will be stored for one month and then disposed of.

3. Personal data processing, including image processing, is defined in a separate policy available on the hotel’s website. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa is not responsible for photos taken in the facility and shared online by third parties not affiliated with the hotel.

4. Zanzibella Hotel & Spa provides services in accordance with its category. In case of complaints regarding service quality, the Guest must report them within 24 hours from check-in. Complaints submitted on the day of check-out will not be considered. The hotel is not responsible for inconveniences caused by factors beyond its control, e.g., interruptions in water or electricity supply, weakened internet or TV signal.
